Typical to the excitingly bright and vibrant Tanzania natural processed coffee profile, this Tanzania Mbeya lot also exhibits such qualities with fruit forward flavour, a medium body and a smooth finish. The dedicated group of farmers under their Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society (AMCOS) in the Mbeya region, Southern Tanzania, hand pick and deliver the cherries to their washing station for re-sorting before the selected cherries are placed on the African raised beds for drying. To control fermentation and achieve optimal moisture content, the coffee is regularly turned and covered during the hottest part of the day. We hope this coffee checks all the boxes for you!
